IIPM-School of Management is the dream project of L&T, ICICI, SAIL, USHA MARTIN, TISCO & Govt.of Odisha to make quality and affordable education in the country. The institute flourished with a unique educational model of public-private partnership that will create new-age managers who will meet the organizational challenges effectively. Over the years, it has emerged as a premier institute in the country imparting value based management education. It has wide spread support of the corporate world both at national and international level. The institute has a unique initiative design to deliver key innovations in the frontier area of management.

IIPM-School of Management has specially tailored to provide real world practical learning experiences through its two year full time MBA programme. It is recognized by AICTE New Delhi and affiliated to BPUT, Rourkela. IIPM-SOM is located at Kansbahal near L&T campus surrounded by hill and natural lush green campus with 41 acres of land in its own state of the art building. The campus offers world class infrastructural facilities with a splendid conference auditorium, huge library and open air theatre.
