The core courses in MBA program cover various areas of business such as Accounting, Applied Statistics, Business Communication, Business Ethics, Business Law, Finance, Human Resource, Organisational Behaviour, Managerial Economics, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, IT and Operations in a manner most relevant to management analysis and strategy.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) is the flagship program of IIPM School of Management, Kansbahal. It is a 2-year full-time post-graduate program affiliated to Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha and fully approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). During the MBA programme, the students are subject to rigorous academic exposure so that they are well equipped with the requisite knowledge and skills to face the challenges of the corporate world. The university curriculum ensures that they are transformed from being inquisitive knowledge seekers into responsible leaders capable of solving complex business problems and delivering results under tough and demanding circumstances.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Applications etc.) from a recognized university. Candidates appearing final examinations / awaiting results are also eligible to apply for MBA program. Candidates qualifying JEE(O), MAT/CAT/XAT/CMAT/ATMA or any other test approved by Govt. of Orissa/BPUT are eligible to take admission into the MBA program offered by IIPM School of Management.
